At Synergy Consulting Company, we strongly believe that organizations and educational institutions are greatly enhanced when their employees/members feel safe and enabled to contribute to their social, occupational, and educational environments. Students, members, and employees thrive when they feel they belong, and we become a more effective, empathetic, and empowered society as a whole. 

At Synergy, our consultative approach is founded on evidence-based research, current data, and career experience in the field. We pull together the knowledge and information we have learned in our various backgrounds and create educational tools and modes of learning to equip the people and institutions around us. We have created and implemented diversity programs for institutions, presented as the keynote speaker at organized events, and developed curriculum for regional conference and unity initiatives. We have partnered with over 250 organizations and have presented to over 10,000 people. In addition to our consulting services, we dedicate our time to staying current with the updated research data. We use this data to create courses, webinars, and other products and tools to educate the masses.

We hope to partner with you to help create an organizational culture known for its empathy, employee/member appreciation, and inclusive atmosphere.
